Due to the evolving situation surrounding the recent Corona virus outbreak, we will NOT be conducting this year’s Mildred Freiberg Middle School Competition at M. Steinert & Sons but instead will do it online by video submission. We do this out of an abundance of caution for everyone involved as we do not wish to cancel this event. Please download new requirements for participation in the competition.
This competition is designed to encourage integrity, beauty, and confidence in performance. Winners will be recognized for these qualities, regardless of the difficulty of the repertoire. NEPTA members in good standing (dues paid by September 30th of the current school year) may enter two students. Please note that competitors and their teachers may not request the time of their audition. No exceptions. Registration fee is $90.
For assistance please contact Shizue Sano, Email
