How long will the Early Bird ticket pricing be available?

Only until 100 Early Bird tickets are sold.

Will I receive an actual physical ticket(s)?

No. Similar to the way other events are handled, we’ll have an up-to-the-moment list at the gala entrance of those who purchased tickets. Just be sure that you receive NEPTA’s confirming email once you purchase your ticket(s), and that your credit card company registered your purchase. There will be plenty of NEPTA email communications for those who purchase tickets! If you have any questions, you can email gala@nepta.com.

Tell me about the Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord. What about parking?

The Nashawtuc offers a spectacular ballroom — beautiful space, uncrowded, with a separate space for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. There is plenty of free, well-lit parking, and a porte-cochere for dropping off guests. There are inside steps into the club (about 8 steps total) and an elevator by the front door.

How many tickets may I purchase at the special $75 ticket price?

Just one, for yourself. Early Bird $75 tickets are subsidized heavily by NEPTA, so they are limited to one per current NEPTA member. However you will have the option of purchasing up to nine more tickets at the usual $125 price at the same time.

Does my partner, spouse, or friend receive special ticket pricing also?

No, the subsidized price is limited to one, and only to current NEPTA members.

I want to invite family members, friends, and some studio parents. May I buy a group of tickets?

Yes please do!! You can purchase up to nine tickets at the $125 price. If you want Early Bird pricing for yourself, purchase that single ticket, then go to the regular ticket pricing page and purchase up to 10 tickets!

How do I select my dinner option for the gala?

You’ll receive an email from NEPTA several weeks before the gala, asking for your selection. You’ll fill out a Google form within the email. Please note if you are purchasing tickets for others, you’ll need to select dinner options for them as well.

Will there be an open bar at the gala?

Your gala ticket includes one drink ticket (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) during cocktail hour. You’ll receive the drink ticket when you check in on gala night. Your gala ticket also includes one Prosecco toast during the evening. Additional wine, beer, and cocktails are available during the cocktail hour, but are payable by personal credit or debit card only.

May I make a request to sit with a group of friends?

Seating requests may be made starting in early February, when you’ll receive an email from gala@nepta.com asking for your seating requests. Every attempt will be made to honor seating requests, especially if you are a NEPTA member who has purchased additional tickets for family and friends. We will make every attempt to seat groups of tickets at the same table. A reminder that we are limited to 200 attendees (20 tables) so you’ll be able to mingle easily with others! If you travel with a crowd, and want to be positive of sitting with your friends, purchase a Table of 10 tickets. This is the only guaranteed way of selecting who’s at your table.

If I have further questions, whom do I contact?

Email the gala team at gala@nepta.com.

Is my ticket refundable?

We are sorry but your ticket is nonrefundable. If you can’t attend for reasons of illness, email us and as a courtesy we will convert your ticket to a donation to NEPTA, with a tax receipt. Or if you like, you can donate your ticket to someone else. It is industry standard that tickets to nonprofit events, such as a gala, are non-refundable.

A note that NEPTA is not responsible for, nor liable for, ticket or vendor losses in the remote possibility of Nashawtuc Club closedown and/or gala cancellation due to an act of terrorism or an extreme event such a blizzard, tornado, fire, flood, or other “Acts of God.”
